New Year, New Start
O well, wad can i say....
Life in NS has been pretty slack till now. not much exercising. tt's bcoz we're still in the "orientation week". heh...but beng hee's been tellin me how slack his coy(company) been. well...these past couple of daes, i've seen an increase in the harshness of discipline etc. im quite sure after i book in tonight, n wen e 2 wks confinement starts on wed, the REAL thing will start. from wad i heard, my coy is one of the most toughest coy, so it's ...hohoho.
anyway, fri was nthg much. juz checking around wif equipment and admin stuff. getting to noe our sergeants and COs better. and same for sat. basically juz doing drills and blah blah blah. sundae got intro to Combat PT 1 and 5 B ex. ho...those session kinda killed us. lol...everyone's fitness wasn't tt good. so wen we had to do all e exercises in cadence..it was tough.
ytd we had an intro course to some weaponry. and im so thankful God protected me. Something really scary realli happened btw.
We were told to proceed to our training shed. during tt period of time, there were a few pple who were drilling some nails into a metal pillar behind me. nthg much right? den suddenly, something flew off while dey were drilling, den those guys were like damn shocked and immediately stopped drilling and tried looking for smthg. yeah...a projectile juz flew off. it was as though the drill bit or smthg juz flew off, and as u can c, tt's very very dangerous. anyway, u muz b guessing, where the projectile flew. yep...it went all the way into my helment. thing is, it was damn freaking sharp. wen mi and my buddies looked @ it, dey were like " wah lau eh...damn scary sia" or " wah kao...u damn heng sia".yesh...i imagined wad could haf happened if it flew and hit my head. i had both kinda reactiions, but one thing's for sure, it was definitely God's protection.
Yep...so tt's e highlight of the week. i doubt i'll ever forget this day. Anyway, im so "looking forward" to the days to come. sigh~ anyway, time to pack my stuff! to all my buddies out dere, stay strong! Count down to the next book out BEGINS!!! =)
