Touching Scene
Time to dust off abit of the cobwebs here.
Something tugged my heartstrings loads today while i was on my way back. While walking to the bus stop, i saw a lady and a maid pushing a disabled person(he looked like he was suffering from some illness that made him mildly retarded). The lady and her maid were singing "Yes, Jesus loves me, Yes Jesus loves me, Yes Jesus loves me, the Bible tells me so". Upon hearing that, i felt sooooo touched.
Not sure y. I suppose it's because im a very fortunate person, not suffering from any illness or whatsoever. nevertheless, i've gotta thank God for protecting me. Sometimes we really neglect some of the really simple things in life.
Life is so short, yet so precious. Treasure it, coz God gave us the gift of life.

Oceans 13 Review
Hmm...
4.5/5!
It's a very fitting conclusion to the whole trilogy! The jokes in this one is plentiful, especially the oprah winfrey jokes, they were down right hilarious! Seriously, in the other 2 films, i was forcing myself to laugh @ the jokes, but for this one, u just HAD to laugh!

"He owns half the air in China."
WTH!
haha!
That's provided u watch the film. Anyway, make sure u do catch the film if you havent! Next wk(if possible), another review for Fantastic 4:Rise of the Silver Surfer.

Pirates 3!
So funny!
Denis n I wanted to watch Amazing Grace initially. Ended up, we watched Pirates 3, with Beng Hee tagging along! It all happened in an instant.
Today was a superheroes day too! Learnt alot of interesting crap about the superheroes universe from Mr Eu(Beng Hee). learnt some interesting dota crap from denis.
Seriously, Pirates 3 is underated! it's those films where u just leave ur brains behind and just enjoy the action, REALLY! Dun think too much! I think Life! was just being too unfair and biased! Damn those critics la! Just go watch it!
Pirates can nvr be trusted too! heh heh heh =p

Strange..when i listened to the song for the FIRST time(Especially the Intro), a rush of emotions just came in. The lyrics really struck me. It's one of those rare songs that bring back tons of memories. Oh well. EMO! lol! kidding la! Anyway, this is a great song nevertheless! For those who havent heard it, u're missing out ;)

im so glad!
Finally!
I'm able to access my darn blog! i was wondering where it disappeared too anyway. okiez, where do i start?
Labour Day till 4th May
Had Family Day on the 31st April. DARN!! i was SOOO close to winning best climber award. just short of bout 3 secs. My team also lost the overall team. But nvm, @ least we tried and did our best too yep! Anyway, i was coughing LOADS during that whole week. I'd thought it was some minor cough, but it got worse on...
5th May till 13th May
5th May..things got worse. I felt strange and fuzzy, coupled by the FACT that i had duty on the 6th, so i was in an extremely foul mood on the 5th. My bro's gf came anyway too. haha..met them @ the ATM machine in Newton. She's really nice. Sadly, i was soo sick tt day that i didn't really talk up. Just afraid i would pass on the illness. THEN, it got worse @ night..real bad.
Anyway, 6th was duty day, so nthg interesting. It got worse..n really bad. O btw, that was when Eric returned too, so it kinda rox too! but he still had jet lag, and was adjusting to all e time zone thingie.
7th was breaking point. Went outfield with the platoon. It was a rather slack one, but who knew, it became real bad, i teared n teared, coughed and coughed, with mucus flowing like non stop. I had breathing difficulty, so after e session, rushed back home. Fortunately, i had a med appt e following day, so i went to see the doc too.
Sinusitis!
Urgh..finally i got the REAL answer. I had a good rest on wednesday too! haha! and i saved the World again! Completed Resistance! Not too bad a game, but it definitely cant lift a candle against Gears.
Met up with Eric, Ya Mei and YC late this week. Finally a reunion! haha..a yearly reunion i would say! It definitely felt great meeting up with all of them! How time flies too, it's been 4 years already! sigh.
Oh, and i finally watched Spiderman 3 this week! Not too bad, but again, it aint as good as the first 2.
Pros: Great Visual and Action Sequence
Cons: The more..emo portion of the shows seemed rather draggy.
The film as a whole wasn't that coherent. At times, things seemed rushed. The villians were too underdeveloped. Venom's a much more interesting character than ya think. But on the whole, it had a good ending to the trilogy. Really, if the nxt film aint by the original cast, i'd doubt it'll be any better.
Anyway, nxt stop, Pirates 3.
Strangely, i feel a sense of deja vu. this yr seems similar to 2003. 2003 was the end of sec sch life, 2007's e end of NS(WOOT!!!). 2003 had many trilogies ending e.g Lord of the Rings, The Matrix. 2007 has a few: Spiderman 3, Pirates, The Borne trilogy, Shrek, Ocean's Thirteen, X Men(or was that last yr?).
Quite alot eh? =p
2 yrs ago, i made a mistake. This year, i made sure i didn't repeat that damn mistake again. I wouldn't break the promise i made for her.
Dun worry, u did a great job! =)
Anyway, pple, i've got the Wii! WEEEEE! Ownage! xbox 360, PS3, Wii! AND a 32' HDTV. All in my room. How's that for starters!

tough week gone!
Finally, BPT's over! urgh!
Anyway, it was quite shiong. worse part, i sprained my ankle..urgh. Got medical appointment this coming week. haha..hopefully i can skip e stupid route march. really uneccessary lor!
Im so happy my parents r back from Europe! sigh! so wanted to go with them! From what i heard, they thoroughly enjoyed their trip! Grrreat! haha! i'm hoping to go to Europe @ e end of the yr! Yearn to go back there again lor!
